Have you ever smacked that map in the Fish Killer Bugbears' lair? It is very dusty!
...yep. Very, very dusty indeed.
Maybe it's something to do with the map's indestructibility.

We should always take time to stop and smell the...
...wait a minute. What kind of flowers are those, anyway?

Hahaha! I believe Vilith or another character of mine got to level 2 simply from fishing! Daggit, Justice, now look what you made me do! Yes sir, Viora just learned how to become a better zombie hunter by picking apples. So what have you been up to lately, JD?

Time to get rid of some used-up or incompatible inventory!
Lilibeza may have visited the Grubbers once.
...a day.
...for the past month or two.

E'Arsi the Beholder: "Did you ever have one of those days?" It's about time I killed one of these damned things. They even drop loot!

Did you ever get the creeping suspicion that the herb-patch-harvesting generator is a bit heavy on belladonna?
(And with that, I'm off to Arby's. See you soon!)

Why do these skeletons have eyes?!? At the risk of sounding like an armchair forensics scientist, aren't the eyes among the first body parts that wither and rot away after someone dies? So why do these skeletons still have their eyes? The only reasonable explanation is that those are false eyes, like eyes made from glass or some other decay-resistant material. But that would mean that both of these skeletons were completely blind while they were living, breathing pirates. ...which might be something to do with why they ended up dead, come to think of it. Carry on, glass-eyed skeleton pirates.

Brown puddings. Troublesome, aren't they? I'd go so far as to say that they're one of the biggest pains in the buttocks out of Savage Frontier's entire bestiary.
I mean, they're practically immune to all kinds of damage. The Physical Damage Trinity? The pudding shrugs it off. Fire? The pudding shrugs it off. Electricity? I think the pudding shrugs that off too.
The only form of damage which really seems to wreck brown puddings is Acid damage...which is very ironic, considering that brown puddings themselves deal Acid damage in melee and at range (and quite a bit of it, at that). ...all of which makes the Black Wyrmling form ideal for dealing with brown puddings. Unlimited Acid-based attacks + immunity to Acid damage = flappy-flappy death to brown puddings. So...feel like playing a Shifter yet?

Did you ever notice how windows on houses and buildings may change colors at sunrise and sunset, so it looks like people inside are sparking their oil lamps for the night and snuffing them out at first light?
Pretty neat, isn't it?
But not all windows do that, lamentably.
Why is that?

Firebrand. When you absolutely, positively got to kill every butterlover in the room, accept no substitutes. Especially if they're trolls.

Once again.... Friends don't let friends level-up drunk. That's why Falteine drinks alone.

Well, I can't level-up through mundane means all the time, can I?

Well, it's not a screenshot from Savage Frontier; it's from Bura's/Hippieofdoom's old Castlevania: Vampire's Kiss server, back around 2010.
But it's here because I was telling another Savage Frontier player (namely, Hyurg) about how Narcisa Stejar (my Transylvanian Transmuter) used to cast Flesh to Stone on packs of Ottoman soldiers, and once she hid among a squad of petrified Ottomans while wearing her Greater Stoneskin. Then a few other adventurers came wandering by, saw all the statues and started speculating on what had gone down there. So Narcisa surprised them by speaking up and telling them.
So...close enough?

So my Fighter was smashing up a statue of Shargaas. Normally, when you smash an evil statue of an evil god, a bunch of fire and maybe some Good points pop out. This time, I got a succubus.
Awwwww, she's cuuuuute!
She was also really tough with that 20 Damage Resistance, but a few lucky criticals took care of that.
And Thell got a Level Drain as a parting gift from the succubus.
Okay, I'm switching characters now.
