I just wanted to thank those who welcomed me onto the server in game last night. Between DM Gutbomb (howdy neighbor!) and several players who logged out to come back in with level-appropriate characters, I felt very much at home - like I had been reunited with long lost family and friends. I'm just sorry I did not have any more time than I did to check out the environs around Orlbar. Hopefully I'll find some time later today/tonight.

Once I get my feet wet I am hoping to contribute as a part-time builder. I specialize in layout (who doesn't, right?), but I am also a detail-oriented layout person who knows what it takes to make areas truly immersive.

I also have plenty of experience as a NwN DM, having taken (and taught) the DM101 course for my old community of Sojourney: Waterdeep & UnderMountain. *wicked grin* So should the need arise, I am now at this community's beck and call.

ok, it may have taken me several weeks to find more than a few minutes to log in to the server, but I finally did last night and I had a GREAT TIME! ;D

A friend and I explored north of Orlbar, righteously exterminating pesky Yellowtooth goblins and reclaiming territory for the locals. We also set out to help a farmer find a prize goat - and ran into something a bit more sinister than we expected. But we lived to tell the tale. Because that what dwarves do! hah hah!

So kudos to the PW builders and the DMs and players who make this server grand! Keep up the great work. \m/
