down to one a day... now just need to work on getting past the habit of going out and getting a cig when really irratated.... and the last one made me feel icky... so i've got this. only been smoking for like.. three years.. my lungs where already horrible hate to know how much damage i did.. *sighs* really regret starting. Probably one of the worst habits... thanks guys for the support.
and thanks glandash for yelling at me last night not letting me go smoke. even if it resulted in meeting a nasty foe and nearly dieing multiple times....
