We're entering the final stages of our home improvements here. By chance the last rooms to get new flooring are the living room and the office area that the server resides in. Outages will occur from as early as 8am or as late as noon (Pacific times) and last until around 5pm each day. If someone is in game at the time, I'll login and warn them prior to just yanking plugs for the day. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for you patience.
