As much as I enjoy the easy XP for killing them, fair is fair. 
Krenshars are great at hunting you down and chasing you, but when it comes to actually attacking you...
...they tend to be pretty gentle.  |

Let me know if this is still an issue. It should be resolved by recent updates to creature AIs I've made.
