Speaking from a roleplaying perspective, Lilibeza isn't sure what to think of Secomber.
Being a more elegant and refined sort, she despises Orlbar because of the grubby little farming community that it is, and Zelbross is even worse. Loudwater, on the other hand, is more of a clean, attractive city and it's more culturally advanced in her eyes (having a library, a bookstore, an art gallery and two clothing stores to its name, among other features). But Secomber is a bit more enigmatic; from the outside, it looks like a sleepy rural community, and yet it sells most of the more powerful magic items in the server world. And if there's one thing that Lilibeza likes more than affluence, it's power, preferably in the form of high wizardry and all its secrets.
And then, she got to see the Deluxe rooms at the Red Roof Hin, and the decision was cinched: Secomber is a fancy Upper Class settlement disguised as an earthy, humble Commoner settlement, obviously to obfuscate whichever cabal of wizards secretly runs Secomber from behind the scenes.
Ooh, bookshelves. Bookshelves are nice.
Deluxe Room #2 has the swankiest carpet, for sure!
More bookshelves within a few steps from the bed, just for those evening reads before retiring for the night.
One room even has a toilet. Nice!
And this den is pretty posh too. The walls could use some paintings, though.
More pics (and maybe even a doodle or two) are forthcoming, but here's the big question to tie it all together:
If player-character housing were enabled on this server, where would your character(s) want to live, and why?
