So the randomized commonfolk and guards have special "Talk" options for player-characters who fit certain descriptives. These include: • Dwarves (ie. "Keep it moving, rock-eater.") • Elves (ie. "We're honored to have the fair folk with us.") • Halflings (ie. *eyes you suspiciously*) And as I've recently discovered: • Female PCs with 16 or higher in Charisma (Barleigh's Charisma, at present, can only top 16 if she casts Eagle's Splendor or Aura of Glory. It still counts. ) It's worth noting that only men offer these unusual reactions to a high-Charisma woman, which make me wonder if high-Charisma men trigger similar reactions in townswomen. So: Player-characters who may or may not trigger special NPC chatter (and I simply haven't gotten around to testing or confirming them yet): • Male characters with 16 or higher in Charisma • Gnomes • Half-orcs • Certain Classes, perhaps? • Characters with X or higher in other Abilities (ie. Strength, Intelligence, et al) Anything else? What other unusual things do the guards and the townies have to say to your characters? Discuss.

Definitely Trigger Special Townie/Guard Chat• Dwarves • Elves • Halflings • Women with Charisma 16+ Apparently Don't Trigger Special Townie/Guard Chat• Women with Intelligence 24+ May or May Not Trigger Special Townie/Guard Chat• Gnomes • Half-orcs • Half-elves • Men with Charisma 16+ • Certain Classes? • Certain Alignments? • Anything not mentioned above
Thank you for running around and confirming that townies and guards aren't fazed by your excellent Intelligence, Lilibeza.
