If we wish to secure our street cred as bug hunters, then we must occasionally pursue and alert on the bugs which can benefit players (often known as "exploits"), however great or small those bugs may be. So this one happens in the Gray Wilds Tomb, the one directly across from the Kobold Lair with Bugface the Cursed (...the one which spawns Doom Knights and other really nasty beasties...yes, that one). The first time anyone goes through that crypt, all is well (aside from said Doom Knights trying to paralyze you and hack you into tiny bits). Anytime another character goes in there after that, however, the Sealed Tomb in the nook depicted on the map in this screenshot becomes two Sealed Tombs, each one capable of generating its own loot item(s) and monster spawns. Just wiggle your cursor around and you'll see it highlight the two Sealed Tombs occupying the same space. Here, I'll even stick a different item into each sarcophagus so you can see what I mean: That's it. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if I have this fixed yet. If not ... soon. It happens when the old placeable (a tomb in this case) got replaced by the new spawned in one and the original was never destroyed. I'm going through ALL of our crypt areas and replacing tombs with newer ones anyhow, so this shouldn't be an issue soon (if it currently still is).
