If ever Kal should decide to expand the available pantheon a bit, might I toss in a few suggested deities as well as suggestions for their Domains?

Kara-Turan Pantheon (because Shou people may have lived in the West for several generations, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they've abandoned their old gods yet). Link to a .pdf of 2nd Edition's Kara-Tur boxed set can be found here.
• Kwan Ying, Goddess of Mercy, Compassion and Joy (Neutral Good). Domains: Good, Healing, Magic, Protection
• Chan Cheng, God of War (Lawful Neutral). Domains: Destruction, Strength, War, Water
• Ch'en Hsiang, God of Poetry and Literature (Chaotic Good). Domains: Air, Good, Knowledge
• Chih Shih, God of History and Lore (Lawful Neutral). Domains: Death, Knowledge, Magic
• Nung Chiang, God of Agriculture and Fertility (Neutral Good). Domains: Animal, Earth, Plant, Sun
• Ai Ch'ing, Goddess of Love and Marriage (Lawful Good). Domains: Good, Healing, Protection

The Celestial Emperor is more or less Kara-Tur's version of Ao; he's so far above and removed from mortal kith and kin that he very rarely — if ever — has Clerics devoted to him, and the overwhelming majority of people don't even realize that he exists. So I'm not suggesting anything for the Emperor here. But if Kal's okay with someone playing a Cleric of the Celestial Emperor, then that Cleric could probably pick any two Domains (which, I suppose, is the only way for a Something Neutral Cleric to have both Good and Evil as Domains).
Mulhorandi Pantheon (predominant in Mulhorand, though active suppression of their worship during Thay's rebellion for independence from Mulhorand has left Thay's reverence for these gods all but extinct).
• Anhur, God of War and Storms (Chaotic Good). Domains: Good, Strength, War
• Geb, God of the Earth (True Neutral). Domains: Earth, Plant, Protection, Strength
• Hathor, Goddess of Love and Nurturing (Neutral Good). Domains: Good, Healing, Protection

Maztican Pantheon (predominant in Maztica, though their faiths may be borne across the ocean and into the West by Maztican immigrants and their descendants)

• Kiltzi, Goddess of Love and Fertility (Chaotic Good). Domains: Good, Healing, Protection

• Zaltec, God of War and Evil (Chaotic Evil). Domains: Evil, Death, Trickery, War
The god Kukul (King of the Maztican Gods, Husband to Maztica and Father of (the rest of) the Maztican Gods) died from grief after Zaltec rebelled against his mother Maztica and murdered her, so Kukul's a Dead Power. Maztica (the Goddess of the Lands of Maztica) herself somehow merged with and became one with the lands of Maztica after Zaltec slew her, so she's kind of a deity and kind of a Dead Power. Clerics of Maztica still receive powers from their goddess, even though she's kinda-sorta dead yet kinda-sorta survives through the land itself. So, for completion's sake:
• Maztica, Goddess of Maztica and Mother of the Gods (True Neutral). Domains: Earth, Healing, Plant, Water
