So, Paladins (Ones high enough to cast level 4 Paladin spells) can give their sword the "Holy Avenger" effect. What about brining a similar power to the anti-Paladins?

Well, my first thought is that there isn't an 'anti-paladin', really, to balance against. You could posit a Blackguard, but BGs, mechanically, don't have anywhere near the alignment and class restrictions of paladins and have, instead, fiendish and undead summons. Holy Sword, the 'Holy Avenger' spell, in practice, is never as awesome as it seems on the page. Being only rnd/level in duration, only coming with SR16 and only having a CL of 10 for the dispel all certainly crimp it.
That being said, replacing maybe a Contagion or Inflict for BGs with a 'Curse Weapon' that inflicts divine damage to good Outsiders might be a thought, ala in opposition to Bless Weapon which actually lives up to its name in practice.
