When you dismiss the disk, it warns you that any items left on it, will be dropped to the ground.
That doesn't happen. Nothing drops to the ground. Instead those items are lost.

I've also seen a player get accidentally teleported into the water in the docks area at Loudwater from the OOC teleporter, need a DM to get them out, and also lose all the items on the disc when the disc disappeared. Seemed like a rather complicated convergence of circumstances, but ... it *has* happened.  |
