How about adding descriptions to the constant NPCs? examples of these would be Cora, Timo, shopkeeps... Coporal A-hole etc. Would help the immersion factor a bit to know what you're looking at beyond the basic graphic... for example.. is Timo a small child, or an older one? Etc.

I agree, descriptions are great. However, they take time to do as well. So unless someone wants to volunteer some time for them, they'll be low on the list for awhile. We need descriptions for NPCs ... creatures ... items ... and even "flavor" text throughout the module.
These things have been trickling in, but most here want more to do as well.
Feel free to PM me with any descriptive text for the above and I can easilly cut and paste them in.

Timo:
This small child appears around the age of ten or so. His hair is often dirty, and ill kept. Dressing himself in his usual "play clothes" he is usually found taunting some adventurers. A small glint in his eyes says that perhaps this small child, knows more than a small child should know.
***Thanks .. I'll adopt his for the next update with a slight change.

Kriero:
This tall lean man's pinched face and oiled mustaches give him an appearance not unlike a weasel. The slick grin, smooth voice, and even smoother skin decree this man is a career merchant like as not able to sell you your own shirt for a profit.
Cora: A plumply pretty country woman with a bit of a startled look about her, she's full of smiles but the distant look in her eyes hints that there may not be much at play behind them.
Myrta: Older than dirt and twice as craggy this aging woman moves with strength despite her years, and seems fully capable of forcing medicine down anyone's throat.
Salando: A man with broad shoulders and a barrel chest, the smith gives a friendly nod when he notices you and goes back to his never ending work.
Mord: A disagreeable face unaided by his constant sneer whenever he notices an outsider this man seems a beat walking malcontent. The youth of the village walk small around him and he can often be caught leering at the women.

Arto Brows: Gimlet-eyed and sporting a heroic mustache, this blond man moves a bit gracelessly, as if slightly drunk. His armor is old and worn, and does not appear to have been well-cared for.
He looks around furtively, as if trying to avoid someone.

Oops. Arto Brows is in Orlbar, wandering outside. *snickers* Then what's his name today? Many of our NPCs are semi-random here if they are not merchants or quest givers. If you pay attention ... (not meant as a slight BTW) you'll notice that the boat captains change names an appearances with each respawning. The majority of our other NPCs do this as well. This helps give our towns a "lived in" feel or at least I think so. So for those, descriptions will be omitted. If there ever did come a day when our module is considered complete ... I suppose I might go back and set their spawn in scripts to apply a description change beffitting each appearance possibility, but I don't see it as something worth all the work at this time.
