When cast by a NG elf cleric with Knowledge and Magic domains, he gets the famous naked dwarf who likes to insert himself into various summons. Is this spell script still being developed?
Edit: Cancel some of that. Summon Ally IV calls the Summon Creature IV spell script, which functions properly.

Derp. I didn't see the in-game message board on bugs until now.  Summons are being finalized this week (hopefully). Animate Dead, Create Undead and Create Greater Undead will be updated tonight, though their IG descriptions will not match the changes until we do our next hak update.
