I just want to thank the folk I've been playing here with the past few nights. I think we've rediscovered that an "Epic Adventure" doesn't neccessarily require high level PCs and uber foes. Last night here most definately proved that. Last night, our band of 5 low level elves (2-4th level) with diverse builds (Ranger, Fighter, Mage, Rogue and Cleric.) had trotted off to face the local hobgoblins. After facing a group of "casters" two of our group lay dead. Normally, this would have meant aborting the outing and having them respawn. Instead, by expending our Field Medic Kits, we were able to bring them both back from the brink (raised the last one with only one more chance left should it fail and were able to finish the dungeon still. It took alot of teamwork and patience, but it was one of the most challenging and fun outings I've had playing NWN in several years. So thanks, ... "Quendros", "Ainoko", "knight_owl" and "transcendental trajectory" for all the fun the past few nights.
