Portal not working

Area: Graypeak Mountains, Central - "Doom Hollow"

I could not get the portal to work. It did not initiate a conversation or even send us back to the ooc area.

Nothing happened, so we had to walk back.

Its disabled pending the completion of the quest attatched to it.
