Sir this is a report from a few days ago, forgive my delay I have been a bit preoccupied in my books lately. I was attacked recently by an elf just outside of Orlbar after being harassed by him in town. I did leave him alive barely and very drained though he probably found a way to restore himself.
Elf's description is as follows:
Covered in tatoos, Wears very little. Green clothing of course, typical elf height.
