Have you thought about making guildspecific quests? These could be rather minor, fetch-and-grab quests which reward the questtaker with a small xp and gold reward. For instance, the necromancer guild could seek out a specific necromantic focus or foci, depending on how many quest items one might consider. The thieves guild could rob a few homes or pick the pockets of various NPCs with increasing difficulty (DC and related consequences). The elves could gather herbs (cause we all know that's what elves love the most ) j/k. No seriously, the elves could gather orc or gnoll ears from their own forest. Maybe just proof of the leader's demise? The main theme here is quests that promote a guilds' purpose. Thoughts?

Once the major guilds are finished and some more crucial areas in, this will be added to "the list".
