If you are forced to Respawn your PC will suffer a loss of 100 XP per level and 10% of their coin. You cannot delevel when respawning however.
If you attempt to "Death Log" your penalty will be applied upon your next log in. "Death Logging" penalties are 500 XP per level and 50% of your total coin. To avoid this penalty, respawn before logging out.
