Make sure the files aren't located in seperate folders under your "Hak" directory.
If they are, you just copy/paste them into the general hak directory.
BTW ... this info was PM'd to me by another player. If someone posts regarding a topic such as this where a player cannot join us ... then anyone can freely answer them. No one will get yelled at or smited for assisting fellow players here.
If a topic is regarding rules, server policies, asks for clarification on a rule, etc ... then of course do not reply unless you are a DM.

I downloaded both haks you are missing, as we talked about earlier.
The Versitale Dungeon gives you one hak to be placed in your hak folder, the one you are missing. It also gives you a text document for the credits. Didn't have an issue with either one.
The Sen-Underdark hak gives you a mpeg, a text document, and both the haks you say you're missing.
I don't know what the issue is. In the past some of my browsers that I used to use would not let me get all the things when downloading. As I told you, perhaps try a different browser to get the haks?
Posting this for others as well, not simply to retell you what I have already.

Look inside of your NWN Hak folder first. Anything inside of it that does not end with an extension of ".hak" should be dragged to your desktop for now.
So check each individual hak there first. If they end in ".erf" or ".7z" they don't need to be there. Drag them to your desktop and we can discuss what and where they would go later ... if needed. If you have any folders within the hak folder, move them to your desktop as well.
Post a list of what you have found and moved for me and I'll post the next steps after I've the results. DM Gutbomb can also give you my cell # if you're willing to let me try and talk you through this too. Usually what would take days on the forum can be resolved in minutes on the phone.

I have two files that i keep dpwnloading that have the attachment .7z These would be Senunderdark and versatile dungeon. 7z is a zipping utility you can download for free. It has a much cleaner and higher compression rate than other "zip" tools and is often utilised by the NWN community. I'd have assumed you had it already as most NWN Vault downloads the last few years require it. Here's the link. www.7-zip.org/If you have it already . .then right clicking on those compressed haks should give you extraction options.
