A woman dressed with a black cloak, black hood, and greyish chainshirt armor walks through orlbar, takes the boat to Llorkh, then through loudwater muttering and spreading warnings. She appears and sounds completely insane.
"Beware for when night falls death will come followed by a reaper. They tell me this at night, they tell me to warn people. No one ever listens. His precious children will come though... people will learn of them. They must learn the truth. Where the real power comes from. I pray they pick the right path when it comes to them. I can't control it... I can only warn. But no one listens."
She eventually walks off into the night and vanishes.
