What dragon DNA can RDD have here?
I was leaning towards having one be of Prismatic blood and take all light based spells and RP color spray as his breath weapon and never actually use the fire one they gain.

Currently an RDD can be of Red, Brass or Gold heritage. If I figure out how to enable chages in their breath abilities by type I'll add the others.
Keep in mind that RDD is really an arcane choice and not a matter of bloodline only. I've not yet gotten the guilds that will support them finished.

It can be done via Leto in the advanced options I believe, but to do so would require allowing illegal PCs on the server. As for other ways... you'd have to make a 2da hak for the server, and re-write part of the RDD class so that it allows PCs to select their breath weapon... at least thats how I've seen it done on another server. Easiest I'd imagine though is with the letoing the feats and wings.

Easiest I'd imagine though is with the letoing the feats and wings. - We don't need LETO here. The wings can be set with our present appearance changer. - Since besides the color of one's wings the only other change would be to the breath weapon, a hak shouldn't be required. Most feats are handled as spells and have attached scripts. - Hopefully I can make an NPC to set "sub races" and have the RDD type set there and have the breath attack script simply reference the field to select the type of attacks used. (Not so different from checking Classes, Domains and Specialist Fields for casters when summoning now.) - If it does require a HAK though, then it'll likely not happen. To accomplish it VIA a HAK I'd have to create new prestige classes to cover each RDD color. Once I do a HAK for that there's be no end of pestering for other custom prestige classes and I'm not gonna set that precident.

There is no need for a LETO, or hak or anything for an alternative breath weapon. Alternative breath weapons can be done quite simply, by editing the script itself, and setting a case statement to check for a local variable / item on the PC itself, to determine the breath weapon to be used -- hell, you can even modify the hell out of the breath weapons themselves, with that method.
Immunities is a trickier matter, but.. with a ver' quick Leto edit, you can rip away the default fire immunity, and replace it with a scripted effect -- needs a few edits to existing scripts, but its hardly challenging.

Yes ... the actual breath weapon is no real issue, but the immunities are. They can be resolved with a combination of Leto Script and a replacement PC Skin though. Until I have the time to make the Leto Script part automated though, it won't happen.

Dang...I kind of wish I'd seen this thread before rolling up my swamp-dwelling Sorcerer. So Black Dragon Disciples aren't presently supported, are they?

Black is available currently (I made one a long time ago and I've never used him or gone past lvl 1 DD). I'm under the impression that Red, Green, White, Blue, Black, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Gold, Silver are all available. kalbaern Might be able to elaborate fully.
