So several of the alternate forms available to Druids and Shifters — most notably, the gargoyle form and the various lycanthrope forms from Greater Wildshape II — include the Damage Reduction perk. But nothing in my character sheet says how much Damage Reduction each of those forms affords. Is there a simple way of figuring how much each form's Damage Reduction is, or do I have to keep running headlong into hordes of Mountain Orcs and seeing how much damage is chipped off when one of them eventually hits Maralah for a 64-Damage Critical?

I don't know if you can reliably calculate it based on the damage taken in your combat window or not. Probably. I'd have to look at our server side hak to know for certain. Remind me in a couple of months about this, its just too hectic in RL right now.

The forums feel dead without you, Kal. Come back to us. But it seems kinda-sorta somewhat reliable to check your DR by getting into combat. If an Orc Chieftain hits you with his greataxe, and the battle spam says "Orc Chieftain damages Maralah for 15 Damage" and "Maralah's damage reduction negates 10 Damage," okay, Maralah's DR is 10...against Slashing damage, at least. One problem with that, however, is that the player has no way to tell whether the Orc Chieftain's greataxe is nonmagical, +1, +2 or whatever. So if the orc has a normal greataxe, you're going to see the same battle spam whether your DR is --/10, +1/10, +2/10 or higher. And if your DR doesn't block anything, is it because the greataxe is magical, or is it because you don't have DR against that specific damage type? DR from a player's point of view can be a bit nebulous, can't it?
