So I was originally under the impression that if you earned 10 Elven or Dwarven Hero Points, you would be able to teleport to the elven or dwarven strongholds like Elvenport or Clan Longhammer, even if you're from some other race. But it turns out that that's not the case; you still have to walk there. So what are they good for? What do Hero Points do? Hungry Crow doesn't know, neither. So I thought I'd ask here. People do still read these forums, right? (So what was I supposed to ask, Crow? "Trade in 10 Elven Hero Points and get a cupie doll" or something like that? )

Restricted towns are restricted by race ... hero points do not come into play for access to towns. However ... true heroes may, when exploring extensively, come across a location where their hero points will indeed come into play. Game on! ~J P.S. I think I hit my quota for forum participation for about 6 months today, Wids.

And these places aren't the elven and dwarven settlements, I presume. (Coming Soon: Human Hero Points, Gnomish Hero Points and Hin Hero Points. Am I right? Am I right? ) No, you have not. Get back here!
