So after reading some of the older posts and topics about the Loudwater Library, I'm left with the impression that the shelves weren't always this empty. Now, there's just one book or article about Conjuration in all the library. That's it.
Has the library always been this empty (and I'm just misunderstanding the old topics about recipes, research and such), or was it rolled back to an earlier state at some point?
