When you create an outfit using Female Torso Clothing (AC 0) - Appearance #97, the Torso selection turns the outfit into padded armor instead of clothing. As you can see, this can create problems for Wizards, Monks and other Classes or character archetypes which can't wear armor. Is there any way for Lilibeza to get her Gown of the Magi back in working order?

(I sold the Gown, so nevermind that bit. But the bug is still there.)

So while my new Bard was tinkering around with her newly plundered Bard Clothes, I decided to revisit this bug again.
First, the Bard Clothes, altered through the use of this bug into Padded Armor...or is it?
Armor Class 13. That's what her AC normally is with regular clothing, after her bonuses from Dexterity and Tumble!
I'l better look deeper into this....
Here we have some of those regular, non-Armor-Class-altering clothes.
Just as I feared!
And now for damning comparison, an actual suit of Padded Armor.
...and her Armor Class rises to 14. There we have it!
So what this bug actually does is bestow unto your clothing the weight and Proficiency limitation of Padded Armor, without even offering any of the Padded Armor's benefits.
I hope that this helps narrow down the nature and cause of this bug, because it is kind of annoying when your Wizard loses a valuable robe because of something random like that.

That's very odd. The clothing mannequins are capable of some interesting things.

That's very odd. The clothing mannequins are capable of some interesting things. But alas, they still won't let us wear a skirt and a witch hat at the same time. (Kilts don't count! )
