Elvish Writings looks like it should have charges, since all its spells consume charges. However, it has none.

I'm glad that I noticed this topic; I was about to make a new one saying the same thing!   But as a booby prize, the book's worth 2,000 Gold if you take it to the right NPC. So Elvish Writings is at least good for a shot of cash, right?  |
