Is altering armor like breast plate to appear like the wearer has no armor against the server rules. I have a barbarian that uses no armor by choice. He fight shirtless like Conan. I didn't think ahead and wish I had given him an 18 dex. I have upped his tumble to an 11 in the hope that this would improve his AC. Other than potions, belts, rings, and gloves is there any other feats or skills that one can increase AC. Potion, belts, rings, and gloves that improve AC are so far out of my reach right now.

What ever is worn should resemble what it is. If your PC wants to emulate Conan, then there are AC 0 outfits with plusses if he can afford them.

You can raise ac with tumble every 5 points adds +1, dodge feat grants +1 ac, dodge boots be a good idea and all dodge bonuses stack so mobility and spring attack both add to ac for for purposes of moving in combat if your going the conan route you should have those and maybe a rogue level or two may as well maximise that tumble skill. cheap ac boost is the adamantine helmet 12k isnt impossible to get if its your only real armour, also look for chainmail jockstraps enchanted ones I mean its fantasy so tiny bits of chainmail can count as magical armour look at the chainmail bikinis girls get lol.

Spring Attack kinda adds AC, in that enemies won't get Attacks of Opportunity on you for moving. However... Everyone's missing the obvious, smart-ass answer: use a shield. Otherwise, a really cheap +AC vs Evil amulet is available in Llorkh, and the Dodge feat gives you +1 vs. the enemy you are currently engaged in combat with. A thing to remember about Tumble (you might already know, though) is that you only get an AC boost for every five base skill ranks in Tumble. This means divide the number by the Tumble skill you can increment when you level up by five, then round down. Your Dexterity bonus does not count. Your feats that give bonuses to Tumble do not count. Any items that give bonuses to Tumble do not count. An alternate route, which will not be useful until/unless horses are implemented, is to use the Ride skill and Mounted Combat. This will give you a similar bonus as Tumble has, but any bonuses to your Ride score count.

Ooh a chainmail jockstrap would chafe something fierce! Wouldn't the male version of the chainmail bikini be the "furry codpiece of defence"?
The rogue idea is sound though if you haven't already go rogue and dump all your skill points in tumble, that should buy you an AC point or two and still fit in with the Conan* model.
*Not that Conan did much prancing about shirtless in the books, not read them for a while but seem to remember him wearing armour and having short hair for that matter!

Bards get tumble too. Maybe make a gay Conan.

This link is not suitable for work, quite lewd, and will easily offend. It's still on the topic, though.

A special circumstance bonus would be Blind Fight. It has no prerequisites, and it removes the +2 bonus to attack that invisible/hidden characters would get on ya. This would only be for the first attack the creature would make, as attacking drops him/her out of stealth and invisibility.
