As some of you may know I've been having some weird migraine type thing going on of late that gets worse the more time I spend in front of the PC.
Not sure what's causing it, going to try a few things like taking a couple of days off work and spending less time on the PC.
Since I trust doctors about as much as I'd trust an elf in a sauna I'm eager to find my own solution to the problem.
I'll be around, just not as much as usual.

Weird, I have had the same thing a good bit recently. Just figured it was stress that caused my headaches lately though. Hope to see you around more soon man.

Not that I'm a doctor, but ... many times this is a symptom of poor eyesight and a need to get glasses or an updated prescription. I know it was for me

I hope you feel better soon Shim...let us know what we can help you with in game if you have any loose ends that need attending to.

Migraines can be caused by eyestrain as your monitor is flickering really fast and wears on your eyeballs. I'd suggest getting some computer glasses. Sounds weird but I've been reading about them and eye doctors even say they are useful. I'm a lot like you though Shim. Take a few days off and relax the eyeballs a bit or use duct tape! It has many magical properties as well!

what hyurg said... and do eye exercises, changing focus and such every so often. though not sure duct tape would fix this.. other than taping up his monitor.. or his eyes.. hmm *shifty eyes*

Thanks for the concern all, I think I (accidentally) found the source of the problem and have rectified it.
Now I'm only away because I have a course to attend over in Hertfordshire and not because I'm feeling ill!
Back Wednesday/Thursday.
Cheers
